Tuition, Payment and Missed Classes
$25 registration fee per student;
Our studio operates much like a year-round private school. Monthly payments are based on an average number of lessons scheduled in the calendar year and not based on the number of classes per month. Therefore, your tuition will remain the same each month and is based on enrollment, not attendance. There are over of 40 scheduled class dates and regular online performances included in tuition.
The tuition rates are as follows:
Monthly tuition for 30-min Classes: $115
Monthly tuition for 45-min Classes: $165
Monthly tuition for 60-min Classes: $225
Please note : If joining after the first week of a new month., 30 min classes will be prorated at $35 per lesson; 45 minute classes will be prorated at $52 per lesson; 60 minute classes will be prorated $70. (Only applies to new students joining after the first week of a new month. No other months will be prorated.)
Tuition is due by the first of each month. Payments received after the 5th of the month will be billed a $10 late payment fee.
Students are allowed one makeup class for every 12 lessons as long as account is current and a minimum of 24-hour’s notice is given to instructor. Instructors will make up any lessons they miss if a suitable substitute is not available. No other makeup classes will be provided nor money refunded for classes missed.
Please Note: An instructor will wait up to 15 minutes for a student who is late. After 15 minutes, the student is considered a no-show and the class is forfeited.
Discontinuation of Classes
When enrolling in our school, we hold a particular time slot for each student. Therefore, we need advance notice of discontinuation. Student may withdraw at any time with a minimum 30-day notice by email to office prior to the first day of a new month. For example, if student wants to withdraw by November 1st, then the office needs written notification no later than October 1st. Any notification after October 1st for a November withdrawal will still be charged for November.
If student withdraws, a new registration fee will be charged if student re-enrolls after withdrawing. Invoices are sent monthly via PayPal. PayPal accepts credit cards, debit cards, and electronic checks.
